FAQ

• Q: How do I select the right V-die opening for my sheet metal?

   

  A: Generally, the V-die opening should be 6-8 times the sheet thickness. For stainless steel or high-tensile materials, use a wider opening to reduce springback and avoid die damage.
   
• Q: Are your press brake tools compatible with my machine?

   

  A: We provide standard European, Amada-style, and CNC quick-clamp tooling. Just share your machine brand, clamping type, and tonnage; we will confirm fit and offer matching punches and dies.
   
• Q: What materials are your tooling made of?

   

  A: Our standard tools use 42CrMo hardened alloy steel (HRC 45-48). For high-wear or stainless bending, we offer upgraded Cr12MoV with higher hardness and longer service life.
   
• Q: Do you offer custom bending tools?

   

  A: Yes. We custom-make special punches, dies, gooseneck, radius, and multi-V tools based on your drawing, angle, radius, and material requirements.
   
• Q: How to extend tool service life?

   

  A: Keep tools clean and aligned; avoid overloading. Use proper tonnage and lubricate during bending. Store in dry conditions to prevent rust; sharpen or regrind when edges wear.
